“Made phone call to shop before travelling to the shop to ensure wanted product was in stock. Upon arrival was greeted by very helpful and knowledgeable person named Sam. I spoke at length re my intended purchase and acting upon his advice and my previous research purchased my Bose QC mk11 headphones (my intended purchase had already been put on one side for collection) The whole shop display is comprehensive and a whole range of electrical goods are on display. All in all a satisfying experience. I will certainly shop here again.”

“I recently purchased a Neff cooker hood. I found the service provided by Max Electrical very professional and informative. Significant time was spent in-store searching on line to find the most appropriate hood for the size of my kitchen and I appreciated the helpful advise given to me by the staff involved (I believe Shaun?). Delivery was on time. The cartridge required for the re-circulating function of the hood had to be ordered as the item is not kept in stock. I'm now waiting to be told it is available for collection. The order was placed a couple of weeks before Christmas.”

“Very helpful in looking at options for replacement dish washer & fridge freezer. visited house to ensure measurements correct. Came to house to fit and take away old equipment. Very thorough and reliable in all that was done. Highly recommended.”

“The team at Max Electrical Lutterworth are simply outstanding!! nothing I have asked has been too much trouble, even offering to come out in the snow to fix my issue, which was resolved over the phone and even had a follow up call to check up on the equipment. Well done guys!!!!”

“Needed new fridge Christmas Eve morning. Phoned Max Lutterworth at 8.55 to be told they have fridge unwrapped on shop floor. Fab so shall we come and collect we asked. No we were told it will be delivered shortly. By 9.40 fridge here and plugged in. Truly outstanding service and all done with a smile.”
