“Max Electrical had in stock an appliance that other retailers had told us we would not be able to buy ! The shop is bright , clean and inviting . The staff are welcoming , polite , knowledgable and most helpful . Delivery was on time and Elvis was most polite and helpful .”

“Over the years we have purchased various items from you and had them fitted too. We recently had an integral fridge fitted, by your employee Elvis. He not only did a wonderful job, leaving everywhere clean and tidy before he left, but he was an extremely nice, friendly guy, and took time to explain our questions and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.”

“My wife and I were most impressed by Sam Frake. His knowledge of the Rangemaster cookers and their capabilities was in our experience exceptional. However, we were very disappointed by the installation of the cooker hood. None of the brackets provided by Rangemaster were used and the screws provided to carry the weight of the hood into plasterboard were totally inadequate. The hood fell away from the wall and damaged the cooker. We now have to wait for a replacement to the cooker hob. I would recommend that other purchasers arrange for their own installation engineer. I do not make this recommendation lightly. After over 50 years marriage and having lived in 23 Army quarters plus our own house for 26 years, we are not inexperienced in the fabric of houses. Even so, having recently moved into a 1990s build, we had already discovered the inadequancies of modern building techniques before we ordered the cooker. It is not satisfactory to say that "we never use the brackets provided by Rangemaster because they are not neccesary" when it is painfully obvious that their use would have reduced the foot/lbs pressure on the screws expected to hold the hood against the plasterboard wall. Furthermore, the 'chimney' does not fit into the ceiling. There is a gap which we have not yet managed to eliminate.”

“Had bought a Panasonic camera some years before from this shop but not anything else. Decided to buy a sound bar and new television from them after being let down by my usual supplier in Northampton. Very impressed the moment I was served by Sam and by Jack who installed the new sound bar and set up the new TV. Would certainly go to Max Electrical for all of my future purchases. Great service.”
