“The visit to the showroom was first class. There was an excellant number of Range style cookers to choose from. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery went very smoothly and the two guys did a great job of installing it.”

“Our washing machine went wrong last Friday, a Hotpoint which was purchased in 2014. It had already had 2 repairs in that time so did not want to spend anymore on it. Not far from Lutterworth so looked at machines on their website, phoned with a couple of questions about one. Went to have a look, a very helpful young man called Jonathan answered our questions and showed us a couple of washers we were interested in. Settled on a Samsung and it was delivered late morning the next day by 2 very pleasant installers. We had paid for the unpacking and removal of old washer which I had managed to get out the back door. Very pleased with washer. An excellent service all round. One thing, there was no warranty card to fill in which should have been included, phoned Max up and they registered it for us and sent email confirmation from Samsung to say it had been registered. More good service. No rubber blanking plugs for where transit bolts had been removed, no big deal, that was Samsungs fault not Max Electricals.”

“The staff were very professional and were able to offer good and knowledgeable advice on the washing machines. Our machine was delivered as arranged on time and, whilst doing the plumbing myself, Rob helped me fit the machine into the space (actually he did it!) and provided support and advice to me regarding plumbing and maintenance. He then took the packaging away along with the old machine Excellent service.”

“I found the company both professional and friendly. I ordered a washing machine and a week later a Fridge/Freezer and both items were delivered in two days with no problems, even taking into the equation that the two courteous and helpful gentlemen had to lug both old items down and the new ones up thirteen steps to my flat. I will definately recommend you to everyone. 10/10”

“Absolutely great service. Delivered on time and installed really well. Care was taken of the flooring both when removing the old machine and installing the new one. The guy who delivered and fitted it was well informed and helpful in giving advice on using the new machine. First class service.”
