“I ordered samples and paid the extra fee to have them delivered with. Two business days. I am still waiting 10 days later. Meanwhile I spent the extra money to get it here and make a decision. Was hoping to order a couch cover before guests come. That’s not happening.”

I double-checked your order, and it appears that the shipment was dispatched on time. Unfortunately, once your package has left our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery process. Please note that if your shipment appears inactive on the map, it doesn't necessarily mean there's an issue with the delivery. It could be that the delivery courier hasn't updated the tracking until it reaches a specific location. The tracking information usually refreshes later.

“I don't care for the fabric. The kitties will not come near the couch with the covers on - even when I am setting on the couch. I have never really mastered the fit on the couch!”

“I told the very first person I spoke with that I was unsatisfied with the quality of the product. I returned within 12 hours of receiving the product and I’m still waiting for a return deposit. I have received emails on exchanging when I told your representative that I wanted to return and funds returned. I feel like you waste my time ignored my request and tried to get me to purchase again. I have been going back and forth with you and still waiting for an email saying my funds have been returned. Don’t send another email unless you have returned my funds.”

“charged 50% restocking fee. they claimed that the item did not pass an order test for something returned within 7 days for a product that did not fit. Talk about fraud.”
“This cover is so crappy, it's low grade. Fits ok but threading frayed at the actual seam, like one spot was missed when it was sown, for $169 ? The company doesn't care. What a joke!”
“For $255 I thought I was buying something quality that would last a long time. Unfortunately the Mille Righe fabric is a type of fabric where tiny threads are pulled out of it very easily. Within days I could see loops of thin thread being pulled out all over the cover--these are the threads that make up the fabric itself so it's not like you can cut them off (it would make a hole). Yes I have 2 kids and one dog, hence why I ordered a cover for my couch in the first place. The return policy says it must be in unused condition so, I guess I'm stuck with a cover with strings hanging out all over the place. I can't be the first person to complain about this fabric. They shouldn't sell this option, or it should have a disclaimer about the threads pulling out. The cover was otherwise nice and well made; it's such a shame they even have this fabric as an option.”
“I ordered a cover for my chair and it did not fit right. I also did not like the material. I returned it to the company straight away and they made me pay shipping back to them and then denied me credit on the returned item saying “it didn’t pass inspection “”
“Nope, a miss for me. Wanted to love them. Not good on a three seater recliner. Get caught up in mechanics and stop you from folding the foot rest back. Also wouldn’t stay in place even with the useless cardboard pieces. Also while sitting on them you will get waffle marks on your legs when wearing shorts. If these were $50 a piece I would not be so upset. These cost me $400 for a reclining sofa and loveseat. Don’t understand the hype. It was pretty easy to put on being it is only one piece, but other than that you can keep them. Now Im out $400!!! Save your money. Oh and by the way, NO slip cover looks nice!”
“On the third cover I purchased from Momma Mia the quality has dropped, the cover is unraveling less than 2 weeks on couch. These are not cheap. Customer service refuses to accept responsibility.”
“Completely not as described. I purchased an item that suppose to fit large couch. Not even close! Not even close to what was advertised. Also terrible quality and does not stay on (tried it on the chair) Emailed company multiple times asking to return. Even contacted them on Facebook. They do not show they are address on the site and customer service is terrible. Just want to send this back and get my money back but I guess I am screwed!”
“Buyer Beware! I was so disappointed in this chaise cover. My dimensions fell wellwithin the specified ones online. When fitting the cover to the chaise, I was startled to see that it does not stay in place. The cardboard pieces are insufficient. The cover's cushion seams and edges show. The elastic underneath is worthless. When I sat on it and got up, I realized that the cover will always need to be adjusted. Liza in Customer Service insisted I return same at my expense, using an emailed return label. Given that the item was inferior according to website specifications, the fact that I have no printer and am in a wheelchair, and that Liza insisted that my refund will be reduced by return shipping, I have contacted my credit card company and posted to Social Media about this unfairness.”
