Hi Jonathan, Sorry, we have not received any emails from you about this issue. We reply to all messages within 1 working day. It looks like the wrong mat has been ordered. Please could you send a picture of the mat you have received and your registration number to info@mailordercarparts.co.uk so i can look into this and get it replaced for you? Kind regards, Chris.

“as i told you in my previous review the boot mat was the wrong size for my 2008 jaguar xf the template that you use does not comply with my car but i can say the way that you resolved the matter was very good GEOFF .”
