“I was very pleased with your services. It was easy locating the driver as well, I met him right after taking my luggage. The driver was very patient. I lost my passport at the airport and the driver immediately called the office to report of the possible delay. I was glad the driver waited for me and didn't cancel my ride despite the delay. I'm glad your company didn't leave me stranded while looking for my passport cause it's my first time in the UK.”
