Established in 2006, London Drainage Facilities (LDF) have fast become one of London's leading providers of planned, emergency and drain repair services. In the last 3 years, we've experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning London and the entire South East of England.

“I work for a landlord and always use London drainage for any related issues. They are always quick to respond, communicate well and fix the issue quickly and efficiently and do not add on unnecessary charges. I wouldn't use any other company.”

“I have been using London Drainage on both Hyde and NHG contracts for the past 5 years and not once have I received anything other than a first class service. It is imperative for managers like myself to be able to rely on a good sub contractor and know that whatever the task in hand, it will be executed swiftly and in a professional manner. Steve Blackmore goes out of his way to ensure a personal service and always deliver what is promised. Kirsty Lodge is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always cheerful and willing to help. Again, another person who is always on hand to assist. A very good, well organised company with a dedicated team delivering good customer service time time again. The only thing I would like to see is a review box with "Excellent"”

“Very professional service and experienced engineers. The source of the issue has been detected, although could not have been by previous contractors. Hopefully the recommended work to rectify it and will be for long term:) Will use again and would definitely recommend.”

“We had to call London Drainage out on an emergency basis due to a series of blocked toilets which were threatening to ruin a client event we were staging later that day. A team from the company was sent out within 2 hours of placing the callout and the problem was fixed within the hour – Simon the Lead Engineer was polite, efficient and kept us informed at all times with what he was doing to resolve the cause of blockage. Next time, we won’t hesitate in calling London Drainage Facilities.”

“We had some major works carried out (13/04/15-24/04/15) to replace damaged waste pipes and associated works. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to Glen and Chris, the operatives on site for 2 weeks who did such a fantastic job fixing the broken pipes etc. They were really professional, always courteous and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. I can't thank them enough they are a real credit to your organisation. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank Ben Roberts who attended on 13/03/15 when we had the initial back surge from the drains into our kitchen sink. He arrived promptly and very kindly cleared up the mess(?!) both inside and out. Really very impressed with the dedication of all those we had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you.”
