“Fast and efficient response from the sales team ( I live abroad so my tenant was at the property while work was carries out). Quick response to my inquiry and good communication with tenant about arranging access to the property. Easy payment process (bank transfer). Just waiting for report and indication of the problem with damp in the house so hopefully this will be provided soon and i can arrange repairs.”

“Being a Hotel Manager the possibility of having a flood is a real nightmare! Called London Drainage Facilities and they arrived way before the 4 hours predicted. “We have now used London Drainage on a couple of jobs and have found them very easy to use, polite, efficient and reasonable in price.
