“I tried these shoes on and couldn't even wear them out because the heel of the shoe was so painful. I will try to stretch them out, but to not be able to wear them out of the box is ridiculous. My son had the same problem. He wore them to work and had bloody heels when he got home.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and want to return them. this is proving difficult as website says not possible, emailed the LOCI team and awaiting a response and called customer services in USA and still awaiting a response which was promised. so, something very easy is proving very difficult! “I was very disappointed in the shoes. I knew they were vegan and that was really good and used recycled materials. Thank you for your feedback. We refunded you on 7th March, which was the same day that you posted the shoes back to us. Email notification of this was sent, but we will reach out to you to confirm that you have received the refund.
The spray is by no means compulsory to clean the shoes, it can just help. Whilst we don't recommend putting the shoes in the washing machine, they are perfectly cleanable and we have cleaning instructions
on our website.

“Never buy from a UK online shop within Europe again ! 2 weeks after receiving the shoes we got a VAT / Duty/Customs Clearance Invoice from Fed-Ex in additional 65 € on top to the expensive price itself.....in total I am now the "proud owner" of over 200€ sneakers :-(
Beside this : i chose the color "Marine" which appears in your shop much brighter than it was delivered...

“The sneakers look beautiful, unfortunately they are not as comfortable as the first Loci's I bought a few years ago, when they first appeared. Although the design is gorgeous, it is not effective. The shape or the seams at the back are uncomfortable and cause friction when walking resulting in blisters and sores on the back of my heels. I was thinking of buying a second pair in other colors but gave up on the idea. I hope these shoes will break in the meantime and that it won't be painful to walk in them anymore. Although wearing sneakers should never be painful in the first place! The soles were covered with a very sticky white substance that I managed to remove with a brush, but it was a bit of work. All um all: not worth the price.”
