“I ordered the origin x reed off white. After one wash per their instructions, the shoes are completely ruin with yellow water stains. Very disappointing. They did get me a new pair for replacement. They are still sitting in the box as I’m no longer excited to wear them.”

I've looked at your return and it looks like you selected a refund, rather than an exchange. A refund was issued on 7th March, once you'd sent back the shoes. This should show on your account by now and enable you to order the correct size.

Please do correct me if I'm wrong, but our records show that you first contacted us on the same day as your wrote this review. In that time, the team were investigating why your return was not working in order to provide you with confirmation that this had been fixed. Whilst we normally reply on the same day, we do ask for 24 hours to be allowed for responses to emails. I can also only see one email you sent to our team, we will reach out to you directly to investigate this as you say you sent three.
We also have an online chat and phone number in case you need to speak to someone immediately. Our records show that your only contact was by email, but please do let us know if we've missed anything else.
I've had a look and your return label has already been issued to you, which is why the portal wouldn't let you create another return. We've resent your DHL return label to you by email, we will confirm you have received this in our separate email conversation.
We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding and personalised service to our customers and I am sure that you would have had had this experience had the team been allowed to reply. We prefer for the replies to be slightly slower and to provide a solution, than to rely on automated replies just advise that your problem is being looked into. I really hope this helps you to understand how we work and to reassure you that your email was being dealt with.

We're really sorry that you aren't happy with the service you received. Having looked into this I can see that you wanted to change the delivery address of your order once it had shipped.
Following your email and, as advised in their response, the customer service team reached out to FedEx to request a different delivery address. We're waiting for their feedback on this, but unfortunately changing the address after shipment will cause a delay to you getting your order. As soon as we get an update from FedEx, we will of course update you. Don't worry, we will be making sure that you receive your new sneakers as quickly as possible!

“The incorrect order was sent. Staff told me they would try to fix the issue. They stopped responding to me and I had to go through my credit card to get a refund. The company is either woefully inadequate or hoping for added revenue through theft. I urge all to stay away.”

“they seemed very comfortable at first, and i already own a pair in the same size that fit well and are great. unfortunately this new pair, after just a short walk i realized the tongue of my left shoe was rubbing against the top of ankle and causing so much discomfort i’ve been afraid to wear again. I’m bummed, bc they are super cute”
