I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift, but ordered the wrong size. I did a gift return, and the recipient ordered the proper size. What she received was two different shoes, of different sizes and styles! How a company with any quality control can let that happen is something I don't understand.”

“Top to bottom loved every part of this experience. I have five pairs now, and the only thing i could think to review isnt even about the shoes. First, i love the print when i open the box; protecting the environment has been my modus operatus since childhood. I did notice on my Atom lows (they are the largest size) that the wing flaps of the boxrub the toe and heel of large shoes, and with the printed interior, the ink rubs off on the outsole. If just the flaps of the box lid didnt have print on them, i dont think this would occur.
Just a thought.
Also, my size 13 Neo are drastically smaller than your other shoe models, it should maybe get a warning on the webpage that they fit small?
And after owning 5 pairs of LOCIs, thats all i could critique. Thank you.”
