The list was very useful and I quickly called and retained a surveyor but then spent 2 days being spammed on phone and email by the long list of surveyors returned in my search. Very annoying!”

Of the companies who responded with a price estimate, non could carry out a structural survey but all mistakenly quoted for a survey for property purchase.

Also when I did chase the surveyors they were booked out for at least 10 -14 days. The site needs to be improved to allow for a suitable date / dates to be selected and only surveyors with availability should be forwarded.”
