“I needed a EPC at short notice. My assessor Mr Shah contacted me with a confirmed offer and willing to visit my property to my requirements. Mr Shah was on time, pleasant, carried out the assessment and produced the certificate by email well within 48hours. Thank you Mr Shah - I was very impressed with your services.”

“I'm very impressed with this service... what a quick response!!! within minutes of me giving very basic information re: the work in hand, a full list of quotes and contact details pinged into my In- Box with all the surveyors coming back to me in a very short space of time... “Having not bought a property for over thirty years, I felt all at sea when it came to choosing a surveyor. I didn't know how much they cost, nor whom I could trust to do a good survey for me. After going onto the website I was able to make an informed decision and to realise the importance of choosing a RICS member. I managed to find someone who was very good indeed at half the cost I had been quoted by someone local.”
