“In many ways - simplicity, directness, speed of response etc, - the service was very good. My main grouse is that it is not clear from the table of results whether the costs include/exclude VAT. There is a reference buried deep in the notes ("Estimates from VAT registered suppliers are already VAT inclusive.") but this should be made clearer in the table - as should whether or not the supplier is VAT registered.”
