“Rapid response from selected surveyor chosen from list.Also a surveyor not just R.I.C.S qualified but also having a great deal of knowledge of the local area,and types of property available.He was quick to report verbally about the property before the survey report was actually compiled and sent out.”

“I used SAM and I am delighted with their service. I contacted the Company by 'phone on 11 April. The Conveyancing Director was extremely helpful. I was happy with all the information I was given so booked a Homebuyers Survey. It was carried out on 14 April and I received an email with all their results and recommendations on 18 April. Just 7 days later. I would definitely recommend this Company.”
