“No UK stock so had to pre-order Mikrotik SOHO wireless router, and LinITX had the more convincing shipping date. Pre-order process was explained on website. Had a few admin errors but rapidly sorted using email trouble ticket system. Initially website slipped dates by a week, so I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that my item arrived on the original date after all. Payment was by BACS rather than CC for preorder items, as explained on website. Dispatch was same day (I thought it prudent to inform by email that payment made to avoid delays). Free next working day delivery by DPD with 1 hour delivery window as usual. A slightly unconventional process, but all went to plan and lots of updates on status - thanks!”

“Whilst we did not end up keeping the product that we ordered (it was not suitable for the intended purpose), the customer service was exceptional. After putting in the order, it was processed very quickly and dispatched within 24 hours. The returns policy was easy to understand and, on requesting a refund on their website, the instructions on what to do were very clear. The refund arrived promptly. Thanks LinITX.”
