All went smoothly from order to delivery and connection.Test call made with no problems and quick response. So great service to date.

So easy to set up and the customer service is fab. It’s given me such peace of mind for my grandma after her last fall I knew I needed to do something. The staff are so helpful and caring and the actual system is fab! So easy and she doesn’t mind wearing the pendant as a bracelet she doesn’t even notice it.

Connected alarm for my mum, made contact with call centre but they didn’t have any details about her setup. Had sent in information Friday morning and setup and tested on Monday. Operator telephone back 30 minutes later and set they had now setup her details. I said we will do another test call to check everything, but he said it was not necessary. How do we know they have been setup correctly?

I purchased the lifeline 24 for my mother and now feel relieved that she has this safeguard for her own piece of mind as well as mine.It was incredibly easy to apply for online although it can be applied for by telephone and it did arrive very prompt.I found the setting up was incredibly easy with simple instructions not pages after pages .I can find instuction manuals these days daunting so it was such a relief to have very little to read and so straight forward ,it really couldnt be any easier.Testing it like they suggest was brilliant...every test they instruct you to do made you feel more comfident when you heard a voice answering you from the speaker device also knowing that even if the telephone has been left off the hook if the button is pressed for help the call still goes through the telephone line to the call centre..Well worth every penny.

Lifeline is providing priceless peace of mind! After a recent trip & fall - although not badly hurt thankfully, I had lost confidence walking outside in the gardens especially. The ordering was simple and quick, setting up and testing also easy. The operator was friendly and efficient. Thank you so much; I am recommending Lifeline 24 to other vulnerable friends who are in the same age group as myself. (70s)

Very efficient service. The alarm unit arrived the day after the order was submitted. Setting-up and testing the unit was very straight-forward. Subsequent email enquiries have been answered promptly and helpfully. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

The switchover from our local council to lifeline 24 was made really easy by their excellent customer service. It has given us as a family peace of mind to know our mom has them there.

Lifeline24 ordering was superb. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery was disgusting. Personally I think you should change your courier. They don’t wait for disabled to answer the door so I’ve had to have it redirected and postpone hospital discharge because of delivery

I have just joined Lifeline24 because I live alone and feel at risk in case I have an accident at home or feel unwell. feel much more comfortable now since joining Lifeline24, with their quick and efficient service. The system is very easy to set up in your home, and their instructions to do so very clear and precise. So far I have met with quick and friendly advice when testing their equipment. I feel I can highly recommend them.

Having used it for the first time and being informed would I like an ambulance when I needed a Doctor was not what I expected and when my son made further enquires to find that my Doctor’s phone number details where not on your system when my son had filled in all relevant details online to find this out was shocking and makes me wonder if I am getting a Service for my money? I ended up phoning my doctor and getting an emergency appointment and ending with a hospital appointment to establish if I had a blood clot or not thankfully it was not a blood cloth
