“So easy to set up and the customer service is fab. It’s given me such peace of mind for my grandma after her last fall I knew I needed to do something. The staff are so helpful and caring and the actual system is fab! So easy and she doesn’t mind wearing the pendant as a bracelet she doesn’t even notice it.”
“Connected alarm for my mum, made contact with call centre but they didn’t have any details about her setup. Had sent in information Friday morning and setup and tested on Monday.
Operator telephone back 30 minutes later and set they had now setup her details. I said we will do another test call to check everything, but he said it was not necessary. How do we know they have been setup correctly?”

“I purchased the lifeline 24 for my mother and now feel relieved that she has this safeguard for her own piece of mind as well as mine.It was incredibly easy to apply for online although it can be applied for by telephone and it did arrive very prompt.I found the setting up was incredibly easy with simple instructions not pages after pages .I can find instuction manuals these days daunting so it was such a relief to have very little to read and so straight forward ,it really couldnt be any easier.Testing it like they suggest was brilliant...every test they instruct you to do made you feel more comfident when you heard a voice answering you from the speaker device also knowing that even if the telephone has been left off the hook if the button is pressed for help the call still goes through the telephone line to the call centre..Well worth every penny.”
