“Very easy orderering process, Fast and prompt delivery. Set up is very simple, instructions easy to follow. I also ordered a key safe which is something that we hadn’t considered, great advise from Lifeline. Has given me great peace of mind. thank you.”

“Excellent service. The alarm came as promised on the following day after ordering. The pendant is small so is not bulky to wear. All the people I spoke to at Lifeline24 were very polite and helpful. So glad I purchased this I feel so much safer in my home and know there's someone to speak to within seconds should I need help at anytime day or night. Highly recommended.”

“I have already submitted a review in which I said that delivery time taken was quick, setting up the kit was easy and you instructions were clear. It was tested satisfactorily and will be tested each month. I do have peace of mind now and cannot comment on how well the system works until tried. It was only received a week or so ago.”

“Mother-in-law has had the pendant for about three months and needed it last week as she had fallen. The call came through to us very quickly and we were able to get around and help her up. This offers peace of mind for her as well as us!”
