“I’m very pleased with the product as it was easy to install and set up. All the staff I dealt with while carrying out the installation steps were polite and efficient. I’m confident my mum can feel safe in her home with the alarm now in place.”

“Probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The set up was straightforward and the Customer Service Team where so professional during the test procedure. My daughter kept on at me to get Lifeline installed and I finally relented; thank goodness I did! Lifeline has given me so much peace of mind and, due to my mobility issues, has boosted my confidence whilst I’m around the house and garden. I would highly recommend Lifeline to all. Thank you Lifeline.”

“We have all been very impressed with the service and assistance we have received, Our order came within 24 hours and it was easy to set up. All the paperwork was completed as advertised within 12 hours. We tested the alarm today and the operators couldn't have been more helpful. We were able to test in multiple locations and the alarm worked in the house, garden and garage. We feel a lot happier knowing my father in law is able to call for help if needed.”
