I set up the alarm at my Aunt's house in 10 minutes. She's then tested it very easily. I am very impressed with the quality of service . Thank you

We placed the order on a Saturday, it promised a 24 hour delivery. Allowing for the weekend we thought it would arrive on the Monday, but in fact it was the Tuesday. Registration documents and direct debit were completed on line, we were expecting to get a message to say that we could test the system. This never arrived, 3 days after completing the documents we received an e-mail saying that Lifeline had not been able to set up the first debit mandate so asked to call. Phoned and gave the same bank details, then told that the mandate was set up. Mentioned that we had not been advised that the system was ready for testing, the agent couldn't understand why as she said everything was set up and ready. Immediately tested the system and it was fine,very friendly and helpful telephone responders. Hopefully all will go smoothly now.

Dear Ms Binnion, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you have found our customer service team and the emergency call handlers helpful and friendly. I am sorry to hear that the alarm equipment did not reach you on Monday as per your expectation. I have looked further into this matter and can see that the order was placed past our post cut off for Saturday and was therefore posted out to you on the next working day for delivery on Tuesday. I am also sorry to hear that the email advising you that your equipment is ready to test did not reach you, this could have gone into a junk or spam folder, however, this is not something we can influence. Regarding the direct debit, I can see that you have have contacted us by telephone and this has been setup for you. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. The fall alarm I purchased was on behalf of my 89 year old father. It has made him feel much more secure that help is available should he fall (he had two falls prior to having the alarm). He has accidentally set the neck pendant alarm off a couple of times but the staff at the call centre are very polite & tell him it is not a problem. We are waiting for a wrist pendant to arrive (out of stock) which is what we ordered which I think he will prefer, hence the reason I have only given a 4 star rating.

After my 90 year old mother had a couple of falls, Lifeline has given me and her confidence that help will be on hand in case of need. Lifeline staff answered my questions and product received promptly and was very easy to set up.

My son ordered the Lifeline for me because my husband has had a few falls and is now unable to help me in case of emergency. As my children live some way away I wanted to have the security of lifeline behind me. The ordering process was very easy and next day delivery fantastic. The system took less than 10 minutes to set up and it was very reassuring to hear the friendly and kind staff st the other end of the line when we made our line checks. All in all a very smooth and reassuring process

Peace of mind is what I wanted when my dear husband past away, I had been recommended lifeline by family and friends and jumped at the chance when my son said he would sort it out, a couple of days later the box arrived and my son had plugged it in and successfully tested it out, the microphone is very good and the lifeline personnel could hear us from the different areas of the house. I can now rest assured that if anything happens to me I will be looked after. Thank you for an easy transaction. Sheila Gerken

I spoke to a lovely lady who explained everything to me. I had a fall in the garden recently and I have been feeling vunerable. I wear the necklace now and I know I can get help if im in trouble again. Thank you

Excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. If you accidentally set of your alarm it's not a problem. Calls are instant and always a calm, friendly voice at the other end
