On testing all worked ok, again however little disappointed at speed of call centre in answering, over 3 minutes, i accepted response within 30 secs as per old system and company.”

I am sorry to hear about the speed of your first test call being slower than usual. I would like to reassure you that this does not reflect the level of service that we aim to provide, nor is it a usual occurrence. As such, I will be looking into this further for you.
I would also like to apologise that there was not a copy of our step-by-step installation guide in the box with your new alarm system. This is something that should be sent out with all new orders. If you would like a copy of this for future reference, I would be more than happy to get this posted out to you.
