“Very easy to set up and go through, people on the end of the phone were clear and loud enough for my Mum who is hard of hearing to hear. Gives a massive peace of mind to us and the fact the wrist alarm can be worn in the shower is great. I went for this company mainly as the alarm button was red. My Mum has early dementia and I thought should she forget what it is for 'red' may help her think 'help'! Also she has very bad eyesight and again red is clearer to see!”

“Have told all my friends about your company as it is waterproof. most people take them off to shower or bath. Most dangerous time. Dont agree with your suggestion to wear on the wrist. If person has a stroke they will be unable to press button. Should only be worn around the neck. Had mine for years. Just bought one for my daughter, although not old, she lives on her own. Brilliant piece of equipment.”
“I am 74 I set it up myself . The testing went alright a lovely pleasant lady was patient and made it easy . I feel safe having the pendant . I fall and have heart disease .my husband as dementia . I worry should anything happen to me my husband would panic and wouldn't know what to do . I have a key safe outside too . I have Peace of mind .”
“Overall a very good service but there were some inconsistencies between the information provided on the website before purchase and the information sent with the package (potentially longer set up time than advertised, for example). I was also surprised at how long it can take for the service to answer a call - whilst testing the system we were put "on hold", however once we got through the call team all seem very friendly and reassuring. We have yet to use in a real emergency but it offers some peace of mind.”
“I have purchased this for my father, who since my mother's passing, has been living on his own. Easy to set up with friendly call centre following the instructions and testing. Father feels much more confident already - knowing somebody is there if and when he might need them.
