Easy to set up...the problem was my end, trying to find a convenient place to site the base unit.

“Purchased this for my mum 2 weeks ago, excellent customer service delivered next day as promised and easy to install, only problem is the online form which needs filling in before connecting everything up, it is a nightmare to fill in owing to the fact it doesn't save any information so if you need to gather any information not to hand you lose everything. Mum is very pleased with it and my family and I are happy knowing mum is now able to call for help if she ever needs it. Highly recommended thank you.”
