“I made one of the most p a i n f u l and r e g r e t f u l decisions of my life when I chose to invest in a platform that appeared flawless, with glowing reviews everywhere designed to draw people in. At first, everything seemed perfect. They even allowed me to withdraw a small amount, which made me feel secure and reinforced my trust in them. But when I tried to withdraw a larger sum of $275,000, they d e n i e d my request. Instead, they told me I had to make several more deposits, supposedly for "tax" payments, before they would approve the withdrawal. This cycle dragged on for three weeks, during which I watched helplessly as I l o s t a substantial amount of money. It was a crushing realization that I had fallen into a s c a m. “It's all f a k e. I have been told that I receive my profit once my trade is done and later they asked me to pay last time taxes and fees and then you will receive profit. After that all I paid, they asked me to pay more and more then only I received money. And it happened like this more than 4 times and I kept on paying money but I did not receive any sort of money. And some of their staff threatened me to pay money for them, then only I can receive the money. It's nothing but c h e a t i n g with people's money. There is no concept of paying profits to the people but to cheat with people. Actually I was about to forget about my money before my sister found out about Chelsy Desmarais. We reported the whole issue to her, even with the fact that we were skeptical at first, but she really surprised me by getting back my money to my bank account. “Very poor service. Never rely on the fall bracelet. We did to our cost. Tried to cancel the total service as relative will never walk again. Found on floor after 5 minutes , the detector not having gone off. Broken hip. Skin integrity compromised and blood everywhere. No refund. Disgraceful. Customer service shocking. Empathy is not in their vocabulary.”

“Trying to connect new product. They haven’t processed the application and I cannot get hold of anyone to discuss. Spoke to someone yesterday and they said it would be set up within 2 hours and I have heard nothing. It’s now 24hours. I sincerely hope their service is better if my Aunt has a fall. I am yet to be convinced and wished we had gone with another company.”

“Why is it that existing customers get hit with an excessive charge well over the price for anew customer. I can but an annual subscription for £130 which was reduced from £180 but my fathers direct debit has come through at £250. This appears to be taking advantage of customers that need this equipment and will not challenge the unfairness happening here.”
