Our alarms are designed as a 'plug and play' system, meaning they simply need to be plugged into the phone line and a power socket - if you are able to plug in a standard telephone you would be able to plug in the alarm. This means that our systems can be installed straight away without needing to wait for an engineer. Additionally, we do have a technical team on hand to provide over the phone installation walkthroughs.
We are mindful that not all of our customers will be able to install the alarm themselves and therefore we do provide an installation service. However, this is provided through a third party company and comes at an additional cost.
Installation can be organised by calling our friendly customer service team on 0800 999 0400.

“Equipment arrived very quickly. Would have been helpful to be able to access more information online about the setup process. In particular recommendations for who / number of people to list. ie. In an emergency is it better to have fewer local people so that emergency services are contacted sooner, is it would including relatives who don’t live locally ?”
