“I could spend all day talking about the great service we received from London Licensed Taxi! If you're looking for a highly efficient transfer service LLT is you source! They are always on-time waiting for you to arrive, you climb in and rest easy because no matter where you're headed they know the best path to get you there! My wife Brenda is a quadriplegic in a manual wheelchair and they rolled her in and safely strapped her down then talked about the sites all along the way! We had a little extra time to reach our destination and Tony went out of his way to take us by some very interesting places! If you decide to try LLT for your transfers, you will be writing all this good stuff about them! If and when we visit London in the future we wouldn't consider anyone else for our transfer needs!”

“Brilliant service from the first time I contacted LLT. Anthony was very helpful. We had very specific needs, myself being 35 weeks pregnant & my father in a wheelchair, coming to London to watch a family member run the Marathon. Paul, our driver was on time, friendly, charming and couldn't have done more for us. He went out of his way to pick us up after the Marathon at a place that was convenient to us. Would not hesitate in recommending or using again. Thank you!”

“We could not have been more pleased with the services of LLT during our trip to London. We were met at Heathrow by our driver, Tony, who reminded us we were now driving on the right side of the road! Tony was reliable, kind, informative, hilarious and can rock an eclectic music chart. We felt confident in his superior knowledge of London and watched as he relied on detours that cut our travel time and avoided the bumper to bumper traffic. We would never rely on another service when we return! Thank you so much for your experience and care! A++++++++”

“Tony and Terry were both on time (actually a little early) to pick us up with a spacious, clean taxi. We used their services from Heathrow to our hotel, and from our hotel back to Heathrow. Easy to set up online before our arrival. Both were helpful and friendly, and it was a great beginning and end to our trip to the UK. We will be sure to contact them again when we return.”

“We used this service for a sad accasion, from the time of booking to the day we used the taxi, the communication and service was excellent. We also had a wheelchair user and our driver and excellent, could not fault the service, will also use in the future.”

“We used Licensed London Taxi firm for the first time yesterday, from Heathrow Airport to Southampton. My dad sustained a disc injury whilst abroad, which had rendered him immobile and confined to a wheelchair . Having not had any previous experience with specialist taxis, in a state of panic, I called Paul, the day before his arrival to arrange for a taxi. Paul reassured me that although it was short notice, in the absence of an available driver, he would do the job himself, which is indeed what he ended up doing! My dad, my mum and brother, who were also travelling at the time, were full of praise for him. Paul was extremely polite, helpful and courteous , and put them all at ease. The quality of care and service that he provided, and his professionalism were all second to none. Thank you very much for providing us with a first class service, and for making a difficult situation bearable . We would definitely use this firm again and would also highly recommend it to anyone who might be in the same predicament as us.”
