“Very many thanks for an excellent ride down to Guston in Kent. It was a great way to end what had been a stressful week following my wife’s operation at St Thomas’s Hospital. Nicola especially enjoyed the quality of the ride, the conversation and Kevin’s confident and safe approach. Without doubt we will use your services again and recommend it without hesitation to friend’s, family and business associates. Definitely the way to go!”

“I want to thank your Company and particularly the driver, Dave N., for the exceptional service both on my arrival and on my departure from London Heathrow. It was so reassuring to have such professional and pleasant service. I will use you again in the future and would recommend your Company to anyone. Sincerest thanks! —Thomas E. (USA)”

“JJ was fantastic. He was methodical, efficient and patient. He kindly messaged us before our departure to inform us of our pickup procedure which made travelling that much less stressful. Pickup was a breeze despite the flight delays and we appreciated the water in the taxi. Thank you!”

“Mark, our driver was a delight! He even served as a bit of a tour guide for us as we made our way back to Heathrow. Communication with LLT and with Mark was excellent! They will definitely be my "go to" transportation choice when in London!”

“Communication was great…very reassuring when traveling far from home. Our driver, Paul, arrived early and made us so comfortable when driving to the cruise port. There will be no other London taxi service for us!”

“We booked Kevin to take us to the hospital, my Dad, who is in a straight-leg cast and a wheelchair was taken care of with so much attention. He also greatly enjoyed the conversation about cricket on the way to the hospital. We have used Tony and colleagues frequently over the past year and they always provide a service that is full of care, attention, and expertise. Would always recommend.”

“Eugenio I would just like to thank you for your calm, sympathetic and professional manner yesterday which enabled all the legs of the journey to and from the funeral and after funeral reception to take place seamlessly. My mother-in-law, Margaret, was very appreciative of your efforts, as were we all. I would not hesitate to recommend you to others who need a wheel chair capable taxi service Regards Mike Harrison”
