“My recent purchase was a gift so I don't know whether it was good or otherwise. My friend was pleased to receive it and said how nice it was, so I guess that's as far as I can go on that. However, I have received a hamper myself, some time ago and was that impressed I sent one to my friend recently. How's that, good or what? Well done, will be coming back when I need a nice gift. Thank you. Ken Holland”

“My friends loved their letter boxes. Only weird thing was on the website the billing address appeared to be the same as the recipients’ address and I had to do two separate orders.”

“Unfortunately my hamper never made it due to Malaysian customs. After an initial delay dealing, the family business that runs this dealt with the problem effectively and kept me informed. Sadly the hamper was never retrieved but I got a full refund. I think they dealt well with a situation they could not control”
