“Good website on the surface, but the dealers are incredibly slow to respond, if they even bother responding at all. Kind of defeat the purpose of this website. Leasing.com should seriously consider removing Zen Autos from their list of partners. They’re a complete waste of time and they mislead you too, by providing you with the best deals to hook you in, only to then let you down with telling you they are no longer available or get you to sign up to their website, which they then don’t respond to you messages there either. Complete waste of time. I remember a time when they use to snap your hand off for a sale, now it’s the other way around - the customer has to do all the chasing. Business must be really good right now if you are a car dealer!”
