“I do not like to provide my phone number as last time i did this i was bombarded with phone calls trying to sell me a Mercedes/BMW when id just requested details for a small car”

“Getting an answer from your organisation is becoming so dire that we might as well revert back to stone ages! I sent messages through different media, text, email, chat etc with no avail. Once I managed to speak with this lady in which she promised to get back to me, and guess what, she didn't. It is total disarray to put it in short. Hope someone reads my messages and ultimately return to me. Thanks”
