Lead Forensics is a helpful tool to support in identification of key prospects. Lead Forensics sends you direct email notifications when a new lead is assigned to each individual, as well as an end of the week recap making the information easily accessible. Lead Forensics has been helpful to our team in support of creating new relationships for potential groups and corporate partners. While I am not the person in our organization who manages the relationship with Lead Forensics, I do think it has had a positive impact for our sales team.

We have found Lead Forensics to be a very important asset to our business. It is really helpful to see the traffic through our website and the additional option of adding integration to our CRM has been great so far. Our Account Manager has been a very important part of our onboarding and has successfully managed and resolved all of our questions, checking in with us regularly and always being available for an ad-hoc call if necessary.

We are still in the very early stages of using Lead Forensics, however so far it as been an asset to our team. The visibility it provides is exceptional and the real-time trigger reports are so helpful for the sales team. Would highly recommend the software to teams both small and large.

We are a small business using Lead Forensics to support our marketing efforts. I've found the platform to be really valuable in delivering insights. Our traffic is relatively low so we perhaps haven't utilised the platform as much as some larger businesses would. I find the regular account check ins form the team really useful with actionable insights.

This tool provides excellent insights into our website visitors and their frequency. It’s great to see which pages they explore. What I appreciate most is their ongoing commitment to optimizing the tool and supporting us as customers to achieve better results. They also assist significantly by qualifying contact lists for us, which is incredibly helpful.

Lead Forensics (LF) helps me get an understanding of both how my prospect are behaving on the website as well as current customers. Best objects I've seen with LF is: Ensure prospects are viewing the material you are sending - stay on top on the other material on the website they are curious about. Current customers: During renewals or after a session, follow up and ensure they are going through critical material, and see if they are going through newsletters so they are up to date with your product. LF has assisted me with both insights in the dark, but shining a light on clients I don't hear from but still see are active viewing our offerings.

I review our LF data at least once per week to get an idea of how our website is performing. The data is more actionable than what I can get out of Google Analytics. I will note, however; that from time-to-time company data is incorrect -- meaning the industry is wrong, or it's the correct URL but an incorrect company description. It is important to share this information with Lead Forensics so they can correct it. Having more up-to-date contact data - focused on decision-makers - would be of great benefit in the future. As well as a way to work around our website cookies!

we have used Lead Forensics for several years and find it a very useful tool in our toolbox for lead development. As a result of knowing who have been hitting the website and using the "find contact tab" we have located the person hitting our site and been able to close additional business as a result.
