“Despite the fact that it was soon very clear that my property wasn't suitable for them to purchase, Mark then proceeded to give me lots of useful information and advice on selling my house via auction. I felt that this was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave me a lot of confidence in Mark as he had nothing to gain by giving me this advice.”
