“Good product and service but I must have ordered the wrong items. The shells I wanted really needed to be about a size or 2 bigger. Can't blame the shop for that so otherwise all good.”

“Great company with great products but giving 3 stars only for using Royalmail delivery service and my delivery took 5 days due to strikes. If they use DPD or others, I would have given 5 stars. Get rid of Royalmail now and you have a better chance of retaining customers. I'm going to be using Charterhouse Aquatics again since they use DPD.”

“Haven't started using the product yet but it's a shame you had to use Royal Mail for delivering it! The 24hr service it was sent in turned into a 48hr service (as they all seem to these days) and know one was there to receive the delivery so ended up being a 72hr service.”
