“Ordering online was easy, ordered Tropic Marin pro reef salt 25 kegs, received notification that it would be delivered the following day, received as notified, then I realised that I had been charged for 3 items not just one that I ordered, I immediately rang Kraken Corals explained the situation, the guy I spoke to, checked for me, apologised profusely & returned the money immediately (in my bank within 24 hours), can’t fault the staff but it shouldn’t have happened in the 1st place”

“Fast deliver and good service. However, one of the Hanna checkers I bought was clearly used. It already had the battery installed, cuvettes were wet, and the lid hinge was broken. Still works though so no point returning it.”

“Great service fast delivery just disappointed that the sticker and sweets are no longer and just to mention bottle wasn't packed very well very little support to stop bottle rattling around in box, What do they say its the little things that make a difference please bring back stickers and sweets.”

“Chose Amazon Next Day Delivery, but as I purchased late afternoon on a Friday, product didn't arrive until Tuesday, despite the actual physical store being open on the weekend. This is not, I believe, the fault of the store per se, but the system they are signed up to.”

Orders placed online are not despatched from the Kraken store in Accrington. Our warehouse based in Widnes is where we house stock for online orders. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 4:00pm the same day on working days (not including weekends and bank holidays). As your order was placed after 4:00pm on Friday, your order was despatched the following working day which is the Monday, and was delivered to you the next day on Tuesday. “Great shop, great stock but their online needs tidying up. I ordered replacement rotors and cages for a gyre pump I have, the listing stated rotors and cages but only rotors arrived - there was a mistake on the web page/logistics. I can either send them back or keep them! They responded really quickly and were apologetic, but tbh I would of just sent the cages out at my expense and then changed the website as quick as I could. I guess I'm just old school. I'll probably stick to Amazon for online purchases going forward.”
