Becoming my preferred supplier but Online order Kalkwasser container arrived with seal broken. Less than ideal given the chemical concerned. Accepted condition. Previous orders have been excellent.

I ordered a selection of frozen fish food from Kracken Corals. I thought the prices were great. However, once the parcel had been delivered. I opened it to find all of the food had all defrosted, had leaked everywhere and was very warm. Rendering it unusable for my fish. This was a disappointment and a very smelly (warm, defrosted fish food does NOT smell nice!!) mistake! However, when I contacted Kracken Corals customer Support they were fairly swift in dealing with my complaint and promptly refunded me. Will try and use them again in the future if the packaging methods are improved.

Great company with great products but giving 3 stars only for using Royalmail delivery service and my delivery took 5 days due to strikes. If they use DPD or others, I would have given 5 stars. Get rid of Royalmail now and you have a better chance of retaining customers. I'm going to be using Charterhouse Aquatics again since they use DPD.

Haven't started using the product yet but it's a shame you had to use Royal Mail for delivering it! The 24hr service it was sent in turned into a 48hr service (as they all seem to these days) and know one was there to receive the delivery so ended up being a 72hr service.

Bucket of salt delivered damaged inside of outer box and had split the bag containing salt. Luckily had spare bucket to put salt in but disappointed nonetheless.

Although the actual order and delivery process was exactly as you would expect these days, it is very automated and if you reply to any email, in my case to increase the order, there was no response which is very disappointing and meant I purchased elsewhere

HI Bill, sorry you didn't receive a reply, this is unusual, the emails usually come to me and i don't recall seeing one. Having searched my emails (including deleted) with your email address the only one i can find is the PayPal confirmation from you original order so not sure where in cyberspace its shot off to.

Sorry you have had issues with delivery speed, unfortunately things can be slower at the moment due to covid, this means some of our products take longer to get hold of from suppliers as most marine products come from china or the US. We are trying to increase our stock levels to prevent this.

Also, ive just checked on your order, you placed the order on 30th May (a saturday) and you paid for saturday delivery the next available saturday is 06 June (tommorow) Your order is leaving today to be delivered tommorow as requested.

Sorry to hear this. It's possible the email ended up in your junk as it sometimes does. We have worked extensively to try and reduce this and we now send all our emails through Google's servers.

My order took a very long time to come despite paying next day delivery charge. That said when I spoke to them about my concerns they sorted this out and I eventually received my package. I would still use them again in the future
