Unfortunately two of my packs were burst and empty and they came in a very soggy box. Stronger boxes needed.

The product arrived as described, unfortunately I paid for next day delivery but it took three days to arrive. Probably an issue with the Amazon delivery but late all the same. Can’t fault Kraken Corals

Amount in the bags dramatically vary, some bags had around 15 shrimp in and I received a couple with 5 in. I ordered 5 bags and received no more than 30 shrimp.

I ordered a chalice coral some weeks ago, due to postal strikes I agreed with a staff member at kraken to wait a few days before they dispatched to ensure it didn't die in shipping. Around a week later I had an email informing me the chalice had been dispatched, after a few days of waiting and nothing showing up I called Kraken again to check on the status and they told us that the chalice had not been dispatched yet and they'd do it right away. About an hour later I received a call from kraken informing me that the chalice I had ordered was looking very "dull" due to being forgotten about and offered compensation in the form of another coral, some jubilee zoanthids, along with the chalice. I was happy with this and awaited my delivery. Delivery day came and I put both the corals into my tank, I was apprehensive as the zoas looked like they'd been damaged and the chalice was alot worse that "a bit dull", it was completely white and had shrunk substantially. On day 2 I realised there was no saving the zoanthids as they were absolutely destroyed,presumably during shipping. Very disappointed.

Not happy at all with this particular order. Items appeared on stock On Wednesday night when order was placed. One of the items was a wavemaker that I needed urgently as the one I had stopped working and I had no flow in my tank. Estimated delivery Friday. Friday came, no delivery, Saturday, same. At that point I sent an email asking about my order, to which they replied that it's strange I haven't received it yet and they would check with the warehouse. Never got another update on that. Monday afternoon I called them cause my package hadn't arrived yet. They told me that the package was sent and I should receive it on Tuesday. Tuesday came, no delivery. After another email, they told me the package got sent on Tuesday and I should receive it on Wednesday, leaving me without a wavemaker for a week with corals sulking big time. Very poor communication, I had to chase up every conversation we had. I have ordered numerous times from Kraken and every order (apart from 2 buckets of salt that came broken both times) has been processed nice and quickly so it was a shock for me this time.

This company seems very good at keeping you updated with your order and their customer care seems to be spot on. However, on three separate occasions I have been left questioning the legitimacy of the items received. In the past, I have ordered a Viair RO unit only for an unbranded one to show up. I ordered a 5kg tub of Triton DI Resin which arrived bagged in what seems to be an after-market box without the tub. I have also ordered Maxspect Nano-Tech Bio Spheres which arrived loose in an unbranded box and don't seem to look anything like the ones on the website photo.

HI There, I can guarantee these products are the real deal, we only use VYAIR for our RO filters so this is definitely a VYAIR filter. The triton DI Resin at that size of tub will appear in that way, only the small 1kg boxes are fully triton branded. .. the Maxspect nano spheres are again 100%, the issue will have been that we only had 2kg boxes in stock and if you ordered 1kg we will have split a 2kg down to ensure you were not waiting. We dont stock any other brands of the bio balls although i know theres another company that makes an identical product. Its rare for things like the above to happen, but its just unfortunate that two of the three items you have purchased are actually supplied in quite plain packing and the other is just a 2kg split to 1kg for speed of delivery to you.

Last two orders have had incorrect items. First time resolved perfectly. Second time was very different. Tried to make contact via messenger then email with no response so I phoned and was told it would be passed to the warehouse and they would be in contact to rectify. Nothing received back so I cut my loses and won’t use your service again.

Hi David sorry to hear of your issue on this occasion I can see your Facebook message hadn't been read at all, this is unfortunate a limitation of Facebooks messenger system, its very sporadic at sending messages and updating us as to when a customer messages. (its a very frustrating one we have contacted Facebook about repeatedly) I can see that you emailed in and this email was relayed to the warehouse staff to deal with so i will follow up and find out what has happened to the Mixed up item. Usually we deal with mix ups like this very swiftly and ill certainly check why it hasn't been dealt with. You have ordered from us a total of 12 times but I don't see any other reviews, its disappointing that you have only left a negative review but not a positive at least on the 10 times we delivered without issue.

Fast delivery, however the bottle of Vibrant that I purchased had been opened. It was packaged in a plastic bag and had leaked everywhere inside. On inspection the seal inside had been opened. Debating whether some of the product had been used prior to sending to me!.

Hi Adam, all our products are new unless otherwise stated. Im not sure how the seal has ended up with you in that manner. Had you contacted us we would have replaced this ASAP without question. Please call or contact us via email and we will get this sorted for you.

Sorry about this, unfortunately we use a courier for all our parcels and that comes with the same postage cost up to 30kg, some products have been delayed due to covid.

We ordered through yourselves as the site stated we would receive it by the Friday. When it wasn’t delivered by the Friday I contact yourselves only to be told that what I had ordered wasn’t in stock. Not a good first impression.

Hi Louise, sorry for the bad experience, unfortunately you ordered two brackets when the stock was showing as one in stock. As you ordered more than we had available the initial estimated delivery date could not be met as it was based on the stock. We got more stock and despatch your full order as fast as we could.
