It was sent for calibration, working correctly, now not working correctly. Sent back today to be checked.

I am sorry about the issues you experienced on your recent order and hope this didn't cause you too much operational difficulties. I understand that as soon as you informed us of the issue with the LazaPort 8 unit, that we dispatched a loan unit to you. This ensured you had a functioning unit as swiftly as possible as we understand how important these units are to our customers. As soon as we receive the faulty unit back we will then assess and undertake any necessary repairs as needed and will keep you informed throughout the process. This item should not have been a necessary purchase, and questions raised I to shadow boards why they keep having to get replaced.. If they were secured to boards in first place they'd be no need to replace and run risk of potential foreign body in production areas..

We’ve had this shovel in production less than a week and it’s already dented all along the edges. Maybe the plastic is softer then I was expecting, I don’t know

There are not any known issues with the plastic quality on these and therefore I wonder if the issue might be an application issue rather than a product issue? Klipspringer have replaced the faulty item and replaced it with a new sensor - which is great. However there wasn’t any communication or option to have the item calibrated before it was despatched, this has now resulted in having to send the new sensor back to Klipspringer and prolonged the time thats it’s out of use. If/when temperature equipment or probes need to be replaced, it would make sense to ask the customer if the item requires calibration before it’s despatched.

Many thanks for your review Greg. All feedback is welcome, good and bad! I am really sorry you feel that we let you down with our communication on this occasion. We certainly regularly review our processes to make sure we are acting in the best interests of our customer and giving the best service and advice so will take this up with our Service department. In your specific situation we last calibrated these sensors over a year ago and as such there was no valid UKAS cert for this particular sensor on our system. Therefore the assumption was that you were performing your own verification checks traceable to UKAS and that this would be the case for the replacement. Apologies again that our assumption was incorrect. We will of course calibrate these as quickly as possible and on top of the free collection service via Royal Mail, there will be no re-delivery charge of course. Good quality mop heads and better than we have used from other company's but far too heavy and it didn't help that our delivery of the ones that were not sent out ended up going to a different company altogether! Aftersales service is good though 👍 and generall as a rule pretty good but on this occasion not impressed! Sorry 😒

Hi I would like to pay attention to one thing and that is when you send deliveries to Food Factories do not put in the boks any presents like Skittles candies or anything else what was not ordered. We receive deliveries on the factory floor and it's against the Policy to have anything out of our approved list. Presents will be better as discounts. Thank you Gordana Z. Hygiene Manager TCFG

We absolutely understand the importance for some customers of not receiving sweets on-site, and because of this, there is the facility to opt-out for all our customers from receiving them. It took a bit to get this order through - then the designs were not quitre right but they sorted it out and items delivered quite soon after... not bad at all

Many thanks for your review Matthew - It's always great to get feedback from our customers. Looks like we might not have been clear enough on the process for these Spill station shadow boards as they are always printed to order so we are sorry about that. The standard lead time from visual proof sign off - which may involve tweaks to get them just right for you - is normally 5-7 working days. I think we managed to dispatch yours 5 days after ordering so a little quicker than normal! We are always looking at ways we can make the process clearer for future orders so we will certainly take your comments on board. We trust you are pleased with the finished boards and look forward to working with you further very soon.

Normally the service I receive from Klipspringer is second to none, but the last delivery was incorrect. Although they did rectify the error within a few days.

Great customer service, a bit disappointed that we have a 1 month lead time on a certain item. we should be told this once the order is placed not a week later. I could have sourced something in the interim period. the items were quite urgent
