Hi Ehsan. Many thanks for your review - we really appreciate all feedback - good and bad! With regards to your specific issue I am sorry that you didn't feel that our response to your query was satisfactory - we take our product integrity and commitment to giving our customers the very best products and advice very seriously. As such I wanted to make it clear in my response that for any metal detectable pen you purchase, the delectability of the pen will rest entirely on the size of the piece you put through your detectors and the sensitivity it is set to. As you asked for a replacement I wanted you to understand that I would not expect any different results for a different case of pens as the pigment used will be of the same type. If you are not happy with the pens then by all means we would be happy to take them back and provide you with a credit for them, however I don't believe the results you get will be any different with any other type of pen. I am sorry again that I wasn't clearer and would be very happy to discuss this with you if you would like to contact me on the phone or by email. Hi, I have not received the order and it is frustrating that there is no action on this following my emails being sent. I am told the parts were delivered but in fact were not as I have already checked that with my contact on the site. Regards Maciej Sidorenko Kerry Omagh

Good afternoon Maciej, Many thanks for your review and I am really sorry that this order hasn't been delivered. As you know I was looking into this for you as the courier says it was delivered and signed for although I appreciate that you have not located it. I did send you an email on the 22nd which I was waiting for a response on so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. It is unfortunate that the Christmas break has got in the way and you may have missed this? Apologies for the experience on this order and I will make contact with you and get this resolved today. I have tracked this on the DPD website and this is showing as having been delivered on the 17th Nov @ 12.09 pm to your reception. These knives easily break, the mechanism jams and both the blade or casing has broken on most of them that we have purchased.

This was due to significant delays in production of electronic components for your Oil monitor which has affected a lot of different industries as you may be aware. Hi. Many thanks for posting your review. Our customers opinion of how we do, both good and bad are really important to us, especially when things haven't gone so well. We are really sorry that our delivery partners made the error on your order. It was very frustrating that the site they delivered to was subsequently closed for 5 days so we could arrange collection and re-delivery straight away. I understand that those goods are now on site and we will of course be feeding back to the delivery company how disappointed we were with them. Whilst the Key Account Manager for our site was extremely keen to have our business, when asked to come back with a more comprehensive quotation, he reluctantly did so and on top of that, we received the incorrect product specification. Upon feedback, he then stated that in fact it is our own error for not having enough dialogue with him, when in fact we have specified that the discussion was based on the original product we have ordered. In the end we have realized he did not make the quote more comprehensive, he just sold us a cheaper product, which did not fit our specification. A fitting word of advice for any future purchases would be focusing on action not debate and more attention to detail to what the customer needs.
