“I was disappointed that given our business has an account with yourselves no special offer could be given unless it was cleaning equipment. Then to be hit with delivery charge also. Then further to disappointment we have had a delay on the probe and this will be not here for 5-10 working days - This was not pointed out on ordering and as I needed the equipment urgently for a project that I have now had pressure off the MD for I have nothing to show and by the time it comes I will no longer have a before and after to show which makes my project pointless. Therefore I was not very satisfied as I could have got the probe from elsewhere in time but I insisted in getting from klipspringer only to be hit with the probe will then not be here until 5-10 working days after purchase order had gone through.”

“The service team have been fantastic from point of order to delivery. The issue is the current issues being experienced on site with repeating communucations failures and repeater alarms which is requiring too much management time for resolution.”
