“I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase of a Roka bag from K J Beckett. I spoke to Customer Services as I needed to check the actual size of the bag. They checked their stock immeditely and let me know within 30 seconds. I then ordered the bag on 26th November early afternoon and it was at the Royal Mail distribution centre by midnight the same day. Sadly Royal Mail were not as good and it took them another 6 days to get the bag to me. But that wouldn't stop me from using Becketts again. I would highly recommend them.Excellent service”
