“My first order with Kit and kaboodle, a tunic top had a hole in the neck. I returned the item. The replacement had a seam not stitched. I was really disappointed as it was just what I was looking for. I had also ordered a blouse which I am waiting for. The reply to my concerns was swift and made me feel valued. I wait with anticipation for my next delivery.”

“I love the dress I purchased, I prefer to wear oversized. I have one major problem only and must voice it in the hopes my feedback will be taken into consideration. I find the neckline and shoulder measurements very oversized as I had hoped to purchase in the future. The quality is spot as are your prices, sadly too oversized in the wrong places. I am only a size 10/12 but my friends 2-3 sizes up from me found the cut too wide also. Here's hoping your smock styles can be less off-the-shoulder in the future.”

“Very bad at answering complaints , I have 3 items where seams have split on trousers , one coat I wanted to return at Xmas , it’s still here and have had no reply”

“Love cotton jersey dress I bought a couple of years ago, but more recent ones are shorter length. trousers also are not such a good fit, as other comments show. the idea of sending free scarves is a not very pleasant way of doing business. I intended to donate one to charity, only to be charged £10. Is this even legal, with no information given?”
