“Have shopped with you for years buying your Linen dresses etc. This year is SO dissapointing,as most of your linen clothes arnt 100% linen at all! Half cotton,half linen. They are not half as nice and I am now looking very carefully at the description before buying anything. Also your returns policy is shocking,taking 14 full days before even thinking of refunding our hard worked money is NOT acceptable. Other clothes shops take about 4 days. Sort these two problems out and us old and loyal customers will flood back to you.”

“Disappointed with my purchases, I sent one top back as the picture showed the top much whiter, the top I received was more of a beige colour. I also received a pair of trousers, fitted ok but disappointed with the fabric, was advertised as linen but was a linen mix although it did say that in the description. Overall was not impressed with the items the fabric was very thin and poor quality. The quality of the clothes from Kit & Kaboodle seems to be quite poor now, I doubt if I will be purchasing any clothes in the future.”

“I did like the tops I ordered but thought the quality was just average bit thin, also one top came not in a bag with the sleeves rolled up which I was told is sometimes how they come didn’t seem right to me”

“This one size fits all approach did just not work for me. I was also disappointed with the quality of the material. I loved the photo if the product and the style on the model but it wasn’t like that in the flesh. Now awaiting a refund.”

“I needed a scarf for a funeral where you were requested to wear something purple. Not a colour I wear hence your lovely scarf would have been ideal with my dress. The day before when it was meant to arrive, my husband was in all day but DPD who delivered left a note that they couldn't get access. I rang DPD a on,y to find the scarf had been taken back to Bristol and couldn't be delivered until next day. As we are so close to Bristol I requested could it be a morning delivery. No they couldn't, in fact they were most unhelpful as said it wasn't the full address, but on checking it definitely was. The scarf arrived on the last delivery at 5pm so far too late and I now have to return it. Not impressed with DPD.”

“Lots of offers. Easy to use website. Some really nice looking garments, colours and designs. 1st order took 7/8 days to arrive, very poor.2nd order arrived in 3/4 days, much better. Based on my 1st order, I ordered again but, this time I was disappointed, this jumper is saggy, looks like it's been worn and slept in, it hasn't, it just looks awful, very disappointing. I'm going to return it, but as it's not faulty I have to pay for the return, added to delivery charge, I've just paid out £5/£6 for nothing. Based on this experience I doubt very much I'll be ordering anything again.”

“I purchased a dress to fit size 8-20 (I am a 14 on top and 16 for bottoms) so thought it would be ok for me. It looks like a tent on me, can fit another person in with me. I have kept it as I know a good dressmaker who can hopefully make it look a bit better on.”

“I received one order quickly. A long blue shirt. Which I love. But sadly my other order took ages to come and when itv artived I was disappointed. Encaustic it was truly enormous. I know the clothes are one size fits all but I’m a size 16 and I could have got three of me in it. Anyway I do not criticise the quality. It seemed excellent”

“I ordered two blouses at same time . One came in normal delivery time , the other did not . No update was sent for about a week after I got the first one . I then got an email to say it would be despatched in next few days - but no firmer info. I had ordered them for a trip so I was already away and felt communication was poor from you. I sent two emails asking for refund of the second item - I did not get a response at all , but did get a refund after second email . Again poor Communication . The top I kept was ok but not as expected tbh, but I needed a new addition for my Trip .”

“The dress is massive. I'll have to have a seamstress alter it. The trousers only just fit, tight around the waist. Both are one-size fits all or 8-22. Crazy sizing. Quality of the fabric (cord, allegedly ) is ok, but it's really thin, not as it appears in the photos. I won't be buying again.”
