“Ordered a pair of cord trousers. Fabric is much thinner than I was expecting and they crease very easily. Fit is ok.”

“Very easy to use website and lots of chose of clothes. Ordering was easy and kept informed of delivery. Unfortunately I didn’t like the items I received as poorly fitted, quality not as I expected and didn’t look like the website photos I have now returned these items for a refund.”

“Dress sooo long! I'm 5ft 7 inches and it's down past my ankles. Could use some lining - as it is, it wraps around my legs when walking. Nice look standing still but has these issues. Wouldn't buy from you again.”

“Dress was much bigger than it looked on the model, so much too big for me as a size 12. I returned it and the package was received on 11th November but it’s now 13th and I’ve had no acknowledgment or refund to my account yet so can’t yet score higher than 3 stars”

“Love the top I bought, BUT followed washing instructions, did a mixed low temp coloureds load, and colour has bled - my jeans have a pink tinge, grey socks now lilac, etc etc. no colour bleed warning.”

“Received recent order in two packages needlecord tunic kept but returned olive needlecord pinafore dress as much too long and style did not suit. Returned by registered post but still waiting for refund or acknowledgement of receipt. Both garments very creased and quality not as good as expected. Disappointing.”

“Ordered 3 items which unfortunately didn't look good for me ,posted back immediately and as happened before with kit And Kaboodal I have to call them to get a refund ,takes too long ,another company I returned something to at the same time I received a refund immediately . I like kit and kaboodal clothes but holding your refund for well over 2 weeks is not good ,sorry.”

“Very happy with ease of use on website, and ordering is simple and efficient. Delivery was very fast, and item was well packaged. I ordered the Ferne jumper in black, but unfortunately had to return it, as it was huge! I am a size 12, but it was just too big and wide for me.”

“Penelope needlechord dress in charcoal. I like the style, colour and length, which is midi on me. I'm just over 5' 6". The size is one size, up to size 20 which is OK for me because I'm between 18 and 20. It's a coverall sort of dress which suits me. However, the material is very thin and creases quite easily. I definitely don't want thick cord as there is no give in that sort of material. But I just think that this material is too thin. Which brings me to price. I personally think it is vastly overpriced, even with a discount. Delivery time was good. EVRI is a problem. At least, where I live, it is. I spent a day hunting the parcel down. It was only by using a local Facebook group page called 'where is my EVRI delivery' that it was found. It's easy to contact K &K customer services and they are very friendly. I did not use the return and refund system so cannot comment.”

“Kit & Kaboodal have a vast wardrobe waiting for you . You will never be stuck for choice . Just a little disappointed with customer service , having had my loyalty points deducted from my basket just as I was about to place my order I contacted them twice & getting no reply I decided not to carry on with my purchase .”
