“Very poor fabric”

“I was extremely disappointed the tops arrived totally creased. The mint is not vibrant it’s a dull green not even khaki they were cheap and tacky looking I really was disappointed. Kit and abode do some lovely stuff but these tops were not lovely.”

“The sizing is completely off - they use size 10 models on clothes for very large plus size women. Size 18-20 (my size) would fit over size 30 -40. Very disappointing and then they charge for returns”

“Disappointed 😞 I ordered a top and contacted you to ask when I would receive it. I was told it was due in on the day I called and would be sent to me that day. Just over a week later I received a refund for said top. A courtesy call or email to let me know prior would have been nice given I called to make the enquiry and was told it would be on it's way to me the same day.”

“Ordered floral trousers And white tee shirt. Arrived 4 days later. Parcel left on doorstep. Gate left wide open. No doorbel ring or knock on door even though we were in - cars on drive. Returned both items straight away. Didn't look like picture. Colour different. Fabric cheap. Looked like something from Temu! Very very disappointed. Won't use again awaiting my refund”

“That's my last order with K&K - having bought about 8-10 pieces in recent years. I was surprised to have emails and texts from Amazon, a company I've boycotted forever. They have a grim record for appalling treatment of workers. You've put your reputation in the hands of a company with one of the worst reputations in the world.”

“Am sorry to say the navy stripped jumper I bought was very very poor quality . After one wear it was totally out of shape and just hung like a piece of cloth on me . I know it said one size (8-22) but this is just unwearable now except maybe when gardening . Very disappointed. . Won’t be buying again .”

“Very poor quality and nothing like the advertised product. This was my first order and definitely my last. The top resembled a washed out rag instead of the vibrant top shown. Pictures are obviously filtered to make the item look better.”

“i bought two tops, one was ok which i kept but the other one was terrible quality. I sent it back by royal mail recorded delivery and i’ve still haven’t received my refund 14 days later”

“I've used kitandkaboodal a few times, with varying satisfaction. I needed an outfit for going away, and put in an order in Thursday AM for £75. The website stated i would receive the items the next day, so I opted to pay for 'Express' delivery although I was entitled of the free delivery. I received an email on Thursday saying parcel had been dispatched and tracking would follow. It's now Saturday and I have still not been given tracking details. I've emailed and called, to no avail. The woman on the phone has the audacity to tell me there was no Epress delivery option, so I emailed a screen shot to prove my point. No response. So I'm spending a second day at home waiting for a parcel, that may, or may not have been sent. I will not be using this company again.”

“I called the company because my parcel hadn't arrived. However when I spoke to Someone at Kit and Kaboodle I was informed my parcel was delivered and sent a photo, however it wasn't my house. The person I spoke to defended the delivery company DPD and made all sorts of excuses for them. I was then told they would try and contact the delivery driver but if I hadn't heard by Monday to let them know. I said I wasn't prepared to wait over the weekend and made it clear I am their customer not DPD and its my well earned money they had. when I said if I hadn't got my parcel this afternoon I would like a refund I was told I was threatening. It was their defence of the delivery company that really irked me. Fortunately the person who had my parcel knew me and brought it to me. Kit and Kaboodle have the worst customer service and they make customers wait at least two weeks for refunds on returned items. I will never buy again.”

“Awful cheap items that re badly made , poor customer service who deliberately delay getting back to you and then they charge you to return them. Items that cost £40 are worth about £5 awful clothes!”

“Dreadful. Says one size- was about a Size 12. Also do not pay return postage so lost £8 on the whole deal. Do not buy from them.”

“I returned 2 x items weeks ago. I got an acknowledgment of returned goods and they were processing it. I have sent numerous emails with no reply/ response. I normally love their garments but quite annoyed regards this delay and no response”

“The quality was very poor, the sizing was very odd, really wide short tops. I tried returning items but they said they were received outside the 30 days, unfortunately I had not kept evidence of post so unable to challenge.”
