“Sizing completely off - clothes would fit a giant. Was told the model they use is actually a size 10 and the clothes are often pinned at the back. Very disappointed- I am a size 18 + and the clothes I ordered were ridiculously huge.”

“The item I received was on sale it was a pink hooded jacket which I was looking forward to receiving for my walking holiday I was so disappointed The jacket was advertised as one size 8-20 I am a size 16 and wanted it roomy It barely went round me Also it was like hoody material which was fine but has no fastening of any description It will have to go in the charity bag but I was very disappointed The quality was not good either the pockets were sewn badly and the material folded under”

“Poor quality and construction. The black print on the coat was faded and patchy. Would have returned but had thrown packaging away. Very disappointed with my first order.”

“Ordered a jumper and loved it so ordered another in a different colour It is at least 4 inches shorter and instead of being "slouchy" just looks baggy and mishapen Tried to upload photo but being told to "try later"”

“Placed order on 1st November and it's now the 10th and I'm still waiting for delivery. So-called promise 'dispatched within 24 hours' untrue, my items were dispatched on the 4th! I emailed but received no response, so, I rang yesterday to find out where my order was. Apparently it's all Hermes fault I haven't received it and reason it wasn't sent out within a day was because it was a weekend, untrue, then backtracking I was told it was because they had had a promotion and were really really busy! I really would like my 2 jumpsuits but if they are not here within the next day or so I will be requesting a refund. The clothes look amazing it's just a shame customer service and delivery is so poor!”
