I made a mistake with my lampshade sizing - no idea why as the website specifications were very clear - just one of those days! The customer chatline/helpline was very prompt to reply, sorted it out quickly, the return instructions were clear and simple and I was able to return at my nearest post office, other convenient local locations were also offered. Reordered correct size, received and whole thing done within about 5 days. Happy with my purchase and happy with customer service.”
