“Having received the order in good time we were disappointed that the first lamp had a faulty connection to switch. However on contacting Customer Services they arranged for a replacement base to be sent which we received the next day. Therefore we were satisfied with the overall experience and are very happy with our chosen lamp.”

Returned original via UPS locker on 16th December and, after several days chasing, am told replacement won't be dispatched until 27th December. Not ideal for a Christmas gift. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.”
