“I have been delighted with my purchase. The 'peacocks lamp' is wonderful and has already many admirers, not just me. I look forward to coming home from work and switching it on. It provides great light and is a suitable accompaniment to the lantern light on the other side of the lounge.”

“I ordered a lamp. It is very nice but is not quite flat on its base so I need to put a mat under one side of it to make it straight. I also thought from the picture that is was spherical but it’s actually flatter and less rounded than I expected.”

“Very happy with this company. First time I have used Lights & Linen and am very pleased. I made a mistake with my lampshade sizing - no idea why as the website specifications were very clear - just one of those days! The customer chatline/helpline was very prompt to reply, sorted it out quickly, the return instructions were clear and simple and I was able to return at my nearest post office, other convenient local locations were also offered. Reordered correct size, received and whole thing done within about 5 days. Happy with my purchase and happy with customer service.”
