“I have been delighted with my purchase. The 'peacocks lamp' is wonderful and has already many admirers, not just me. I look forward to coming home from work and switching it on. It provides great light and is a suitable accompaniment to the lantern light on the other side of the lounge.”

“To be honest we were disappointed with the return service. I would not buy from you again for this reason or recommend you to my friends. We paid to return the goods, fair enough, this is in your T&Cs but heard nothing. Having chased we were told to provide proof of return. Do you not have a returns department that logs this sort of thing? Had we not chased I dare say you would not have contacted us. Plenty of other companies providing better service”

Hello, Sorry to hear this. The reason we could not see the return was because the courier had delivered it to the warehouse directly rather than through a separate entrance first. We apologise for the delay and we did provide the refund quickly once we were aware it had been returned. Its the first time we've had this issue and first bad review for it, we hope this shows that we are an honest & reliable company sorry to hear of this experience for yourself. We hope if you decide to revisit one day we can make up for our error on this occasion.

“I’ve had my lamps for less than two months and the glass has already cracked and one lamp the crack spread and some of the glass fell out. When assembling the lamps we were very shocked at how thin and fragile the glass was and didn’t expect the lamps to last long because of the poor quality of the glass. Will be writing to ask for a refund”
