“Had a faulty lamp delivered, contacted L&L in the evening and they came back in that same evening, can't have been more than an hour or so, offering a replacement lamp. This was then delivered in the next couple days. Very quick and efficient and hassle free so thank you very much. Love the lamp, perfect for the room.”
