I’ve had my lamps for less than two months and the glass has already cracked and one lamp the crack spread and some of the glass fell out. When assembling the lamps we were very shocked at how thin and fragile the glass was and didn’t expect the lamps to last long because of the poor quality of the glass. Will be writing to ask for a refund

Lamp arrived damaged so was offered a replacement but only after returning original. Returned original via UPS locker on 16th December and, after several days chasing, am told replacement won't be dispatched until 27th December. Not ideal for a Christmas gift. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

This item was ordered on 25th March and still has not arrived after 11 days. Tracking shows a complete standstill. If you cannot fulfil this order, please refund my payment as quickly as possible.

Hello, sorry to see there has been a courier issue with this item. The parcel is being shipped to a parcelshop it seems however the courier has not updated this. Unfortunately the lamp that I bough was broken on arrival. I have tried to call customer services to ask for a replacement but the number on the website is not connecting. S I've sent an email to customer services but as yet I have not had any response.
