Left Kinex on 17th Aug 2020 and went to BT, I paid Aug and September bill but still getting billed, had four different phone calls assuring me they will sort it out but still getting emails saying I haven't paid for Oct Nov, how many more calls before you realise I left in Aug. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KINEX ! HIDDEN CHARGES NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, NO REPLY TO EMAILS, NOT ANSWERING CALLS (5 DAYS IN A ROW). OUR BUSINESS PHONE LINE IS DOWN FOR 1 WEEK DUE TO THERE FAULT AND NO CHANCE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM !!!! PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. READ OTHER PEOPLE REVIEWS AS WELL BEFORE TALKING TO THEM.

Disgusting, bullying, liars. Told me lies to get me to sign up with them, told me they would be cheaper than plusnet who I was with at the time, only they were double the price, then when my contract with them had finished And I told them I don’t want anything to do with them, they took it upon themselves to continue with the service that I didn’t want and are now bullying and harassing me to pay the bill for the service they didn’t stop. Cowboys, liars, con artists Be very wary of this dodgy company

Just the worst service from Kinex My father a customer of Kinex since 2016 a pensioner 86 years of age and retired from his business. We noticed his broadband was poor during Covid 19 turns out his 17mb broadband was kicking out 0.7mb/a And could we get through. Nope line dropped every time seems like getting through is impossible. Add to this is his lamentable mobile service 1GB data costing £11 per month with 16 months left We cancelled hoping that as an elderly pensioner who put his trust in them would be offered goodwill No not at all. If he were to pay £11 per month until the end of his contract it would only be £176 but they want to cripple him with £350 for early termination They can waive the charges but they won’t so upset. And they brag they are better than BT AND THREE. I’ve been a customer of these and even though Bt have made mistakes they’ve been great at making things right. Please people if you’re thinking of going with Kinex don’t. They are crooked and lacking any goodwill. Shame on them stealing so much from a pensioner who fought for the uk and other countries freedoms. Kinex you’re rotten to the core

i was given a bill for over 3300, i havent worked for 5 months so how can i owe 647 pound in electric when there was no one there, they have pushed me to the brink, i am now so stressed my M.E has taken over. I can not cope anymore. This is the worst mistake of my life and it has even made me question my role in the business. I love doing what i do but this has really put me under. Do not make the same mistake. I was told my electric would be 34.00 my phones 69 and my broadband 34.98. i have been with them eleven months and paid 2472 pounds so how on earth can i have an outstanding bill of 3300.

I have just had a bill for 3368.10, i have been closed for 5 months i was told i would have fixed prices but it is all over the place. Lynn has been really great with me but i have spoken to at least 20 people who tell me all different things. Getting with this company has destroyed me, today im not in work the stress has triggered my M.E and has pushed me to really think about leaving the business me and my mum built from nothing, i just cant cope anymore. I will never tell anyone to go to this company. im broken.

Do not use this company, no one knows whats going on, they do supply a service but ask you to pay money, when you refuse to pay a bill for no service they send you to debt collectors! Worst company ever! All staff are confused and dont know whats happening, Whole lots of fools..... this company needs to be closed down as they are terrible and just want money !

Customer service is brilliant, I’ve never had to wait longer than an hour to get through and within 3 hours to get my first problem solved with another problem. High prices, wrong invoices, unwanted contract extensions.

Awful service Awful service, had no landline for nearly a week, attempted to report the fault via their website but get a reply, an error has occurred with the application, tried call back got a message this service is not available, spent all day trying to contact them by phone, spent over an hour listing to please be patient. we have lost hundreds of pounds thanks to Kinex, do not use this company, you will regret it!

Awful service, no landline for nearly a week, tried to contact them online via there website, get a reply, message failed, tried call back get a reply not working, tried to phone waited a hour being told please be patient, no one answered, please do not deal with this company you will regret it! We have lost hundreds of pounds, thanks to this company.

Terrible company the worst one I have ever worked with To Try and keep it short they doubled my bill for no reason Even when my business was shut during lockdown I still paid and then cancelled my contract which was in my rights to do so as if been over 12 months with them The person I spoke to on the phone confirmed it was cancelled and her would be no further payments Yet they didn’t cancel my contract and are now harassing me for further payments! Rude customer service when you finally get through to them on the phone as well Do not use them

Just received my invoice for this month for my water and phone line and its astonishing £1029.31, I've been closed since March and still unable to reopen, I have been getting monthly bills of under £150 a month which I've been paying since March, then I receive this how on earth do they expect me to pay for this when I'm closed and not making any earnings and there's no running water. Not happy and I will not be staying with them absolutely rip of company

Really impossible to deal with this company they never do what they promise I ended up paying £246 for a bill that should have been nothing I have been trying for months to cancel a phone line we no longer needed you just go round and round in circles and get no where you think it’s resolved and another bill arrives awful company will never ever use them again I have no idea how they stay in business just stay away !!

Had a payment problem, I paid and lined couldn't find it. This took several months to sort, lots of time on customer services, lots of unanswered emails. Really poor customer care. I wish I could bill them for all the time wasted. Still not getting anywhere. Half hearted apologies and no action. Do not deal with them, there are plenty of better options.

Kinex we’re charging me £43 per month for very slow broadband and a phone line, told them about 4 weeks ago I could not afford it anymore and Vodaphone had offered me super fast for £22 per month, Kinex said the would match it and only 12 month contract, contract came in post but was only 17Mbps not 51mbps and 2 yr contract, I told them the same day as I received it that I’m cancelling and phoned and emailed numerous times, there now bullying me with a termination fee of £260! I’m within a cooling off period they said there’s not one. Keep threatening and telling me to cancel Vodaphone but they won’t take no for an answer! DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT ITS LIKE EXTORTION.

Shoddy outfit. Representatives cannot be believed. Believe me the best thing to do if anyone calls from Kinex is to put the phone down immediately. They are not interested in giveing you a service, just getting your money

If you think the service as a customer is bad try leaving them. Can I encourage anyone not happy to register their complaint with Ofsted. The more complaints they have the more likely they are to investigate.

This company claim to be 'responsible company providing utility services to small and medium business customers in the UK.' But if responsible means mis-selling a business landline and broadband package to an elderly couple (my in-laws) then I really need to refresh my understanding of the word 'responsible'. This despicable company have over-charged my elderly in-laws hundreds of pounds for a business service they don't need. My in-laws are in their late 70s, early 80s and have no idea about any of this, so it should have been obvious that a business service was not what they needed. Absolutely appalled at this, and the fact they feel it's acceptable to charge £10 for a non-direct debit payment on top of the hundreds of pounds they have extorted from this elderly couple. I will be taking this to higher authorities, newspapers and social media to make sure this company never acts in this despicable way again.
